I reached out for informaiton via their “Contact Us” an did not hear back. Closing screen said they would respond in 24 hours which has long passed. A bad omen?

In sum: Completely happy.
Why? Speedy and attentive responses to all questions, phone and email; all products I wanted were located and made available even though some were not listed on the website; prices absolutely spot on; shipping prompt; follow-up contact to see if all arrived safely (for real! One could get spoiled…) And, I got to write the first comment — never did that before, but happy to here. Cheers!
