Any decorative laminate in the Wilsonart portfolio — including patterns from other manufacturers — can be bonded to panels. However, lead times are typically shorter when selecting Wilsonart HPL in standard 4×8 VG/PF or 5×12 PF size-grade combinations.
What substrates are available?
Particleboard, MDF, plywood, and other core types are available in various thicknesses. The facility can accommodate most standard and custom substrate requests.
What backer options are there?
Stocked liner options include Wilsonart Black (1595-60), White (1573-60), Almond (D30-60), and Fashion Grey (D381-60) in 101 Liner grade. Resin paper and Wilsonart Recycled Content Backer (Type 203) are also stocked. Balanced panels are recommended for best results; metal laminates require a phenolic backer.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
