Shipping

Pro Cabinet Supply ships orders within 5 business days. If for any reason, we cannot ship your order in the specified time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.  Special Order, Factory Order and Custom items may vary depending upon manufacturing time.

Delivery Time

Orders placed through Pro Cabinet Supply on normal business days are processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 5 days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or United States holidays are processed and shipped within 5 days following the weekend or holiday.

Calculating Costs and Shipment of Backordered Items

Shipping costs for orders placed on Pro Cabinet Supply are calculated based on the following criteria: chosen shipping method, total product order weight, and zip or postal code. Pro Cabinet Supply utilizes primarily USPS for its shipping needs, and charges the most current standard  shipping rates.

We will do our best to process all orders for shipment within 7 business days from receipt of order. If we are unable, we will notify you via email, explaining your shipping options at that point. You may choose to ship complete with 1 shipping charge, or ship multiple times, thus incurring multiple shipping charges.

Pro Cabinet Supply only ships to physical addresses.

Damaged Goods

In order for an order with damage to be processed for replacement you must complete the following:

  • Notify our support team by email of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package
  • Pictures of the damage and the package it was received in
  • Original packaging and items kept together for an inspection by the carrier to be conducted

Without all three being met, we are not able to assist in damage claims.

Returns & Refunds
Create a Return Now

Pro Cabinet Supply accepts the return of unopened items (with any seals intact) that were purchased and fulfilled through this web site only. A RMA (return material authorization) must be requested via our online RMA portal within 14 days of original order delivery and items must be received by Pro Cabinet Supply within 30 days of original delivery.

Customers will be refunded the cost of the original purchase minus shipping and handling and a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs required to return items to Pro Cabinet Supply.

In cases where an order error was made by Pro Cabinet Supply (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item) a full refund of the item cost plus shipping and handling costs to return these items will be covered by Pro Cabinet Supply.

The following items are non-returnable and will not be issued a refund:

  • Items requested to be returned to Pro Cabinet Supply after the fourteen (14) day RMA request window or received after the thirty (30) day return period
  • Items which have been opened, marked or damaged in any way making them unfit for resale
  • Items purchased through other online or local retailers (not Pro Cabinet Supply)
  • All Nevamar, Pionite, and Arborite laminate products
  • Factory Order, Made-to-Order, Custom/Special order, or Discontinued items are not returnable at any time
How and When Refunds Are Processed

Customers whose returns meet the guidelines outlined in Returns & Refunds will receive a refund of the cost of returned items minus a 25% item restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return shipping to Pro Cabinet Supply.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item(s), and in the same form of payment used in the original purchase of those items. Please ensure that you submit your original order information and your RMA number is clearly marked on box along with a daytime phone number you can be reached at in case Pro Cabinet Supply needs to contact you for further information.

Packing & Sending Your Return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You may use the box the items originally arrived in, or another box if you prefer. Please include a phone number where you may be reached in case we need to contact you regarding your refund.
  2. We will instruct you where to ship the returned items. 

     3. Take it to a Post Office or other shipping center to pay postage or shipping and return the package. It is your responsibility to ship the product back to us, and pay the shipping and handling to do so.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your order for any item within 24 hours of placing the order provided the order has not entered the shipping process. For orders where a non-expedited shipping method is chosen, this is normally within 24-48 business hours. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped it will need to be returned following the Returns & Refunds guidelines outlined above.

    Please note: The 24-hour cancellation policy does NOT apply to any expedited packages.

    Special Order, Made-to-Order, Custom or Factory Orders

    These orders, once placed, may not be cancelled for any reason.

    International Shipments

    Pro Cabinet Supply will sell or ship to countries outside of the United States of America.  The customer will be responsible for arranging all freight, duties, customs forms, etc.  All items will be F.O.B. Pro Cabinet Supply.
