EverStrong ES110 – Contact Adhesive

EverStrong ES110 is NewStar Adhesives’ multi-purpose industrial contact adhesive specifically designed for air assist spray application. Applied on both surfaces to be adhered, EverStrong ES110 is a high strength, high temperature contact adhesive providing strong permanent bonds for a wide variety of substrates to include decorative laminates and veneers, fiberglass, glass, upholstery, fabrics, foam, auto headliners, cork and particle board. Formulated with no VOCs to comply with CA and OTC states regulations.

Product Usage

For strong permanent bonds, apply ES110 to both surfaces to be bonded. Spray an even coat of adhesive with at least 80% to 100% coverage. Place the surfaces together and apply pressure evenly across the full bonding surface. For best results: Make sure that the surfaces are dry and free from dirt, grease or oil. Ensure that the adhesives and substrates are at 60°F or higher.

Storage

After use, do not close the valve. Leave the gun and hose connected to the canister. Recommended to store canister off the floor if temperatures below 60°F
