Hafele Free Space Swing-Up Lift 6.15 Heavy Duty

The heavy-duty member of the Häfele Free Space family: a compact swing-up lift for standard application doors with pulls, carrying doors up to 26" (650 mm) high. Choose model G or H from the door height and door weight table.

The set is supplied with:

• 2 Fittings (right/left)
• 2 Front fixing brackets with pre-mounted screws
• 1 set of mounting instructions and paper drilling template

Features

• For standard applications on doors with pulls
• Door height: max. 650 mm (26")
• Door opens at 90° or 107°
• Door overlay: max. 37 mm (1 1/4") at 90° opening, max. 22 mm (7/8") at 107° opening
• The fitting mounts to the side panels with a single pre-mounted euro screw
• The door slides tool-free onto the front fixing plates
• Compact: required installation depth only 72 mm (2 7/8"), installation height only 183 mm (7 1/4")
• Material: plastic/steel; steel finish nickel-plated

Additional Notes

• Not applicable for aluminum framed doors.
• Selecting the correct model depends on door height and then door weight, including the weight of the pull. We recommend ordering the stronger fitting if in doubt.
• Example: a door height of 400 mm (16") accommodates a door weight of max. 22.5 kg (50 lbs.) with model H.
• The lever arms are spring loaded. There is a risk of injury and damage to the fitting! After mounting the arms, do not press them down in the open position until the counterweight of the door is mounted.
• A Pozi drive #2 is required for all screw installations and adjustment features, otherwise damage to the screw head is likely.
• Be certain that the euro screws which attach the fittings to the side panels are completely tight, drawing the fitting tight against the side wall.
• For the tension adjustment we recommend a cordless driver, as these screws are geared very low. Adjust both sides to the same tensioning position.
