We appreciate your business but we do not understand this 1 star review on a product. You left us a message at 10:19 providing no phone number or sales order number on our chat which states it is not monitored and can take some time for a response. At 10:26, you left a 1 star product review. You were contacted at 10:34 after we researched to find your phone number. You stated your frustration was from locating Mohawk products online and you had spent hours trying to locate us yet you had placed an order with us which was fulfilled and delivered to you in a timely manner. I do not see where you had reached out to us previously by email or via phone for any support. We pride ourselves on customer service and always go above and beyond to assist our customers.
